He is survived by: his daughters, Annette Holland and Bev Conrad (Eric); his grandchildren, Jamie Campos (Julio), Christina Conrad (Forrest Banks) and Ashley Holland (John Monsivais); his great grandchildren, Kane Monsivais of Texas, Danielle Aiken of Texas, Aubree Conrad of Texas, Canton Conrad of Texas, Aurora Campos of Texas and Winter Mia Rose Campos of Texas; and his siblings, Anna Belle Linton of Wellston, Loretta Betts of Dayton, Mary McCray of Waynesville, Jeannie Jordan (Keith) of Wellston, James Hartley of Chillicothe and John Hartley of Brookville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
