It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rik Alan Perkins (Wellston, Ohio), born in McArthur, Ohio, who passed away on October 23, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry G. Perkins and Pearl C. Simmons Perkins; and his parents-in-law, Bermin and Bettie Case. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl L. Case Perkins; his children, Becky Perkins (Ryan) and Steven Perkins (Brad); his grandson Emry Milliken; and his brothers, Mark Perkins of Wellston and Mike Perkins (Stephanie) of Coalton.
