He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur D. McGuire and Edwina I. Ames McGuire; and his sisters, Judy Caldwell and Shelly Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Peggy L. Ferrell McGuire; his children, Raymond McGuire, Jr., Clifford McGuire, Kelly McGuire (Peter Whitehouse), Keith McGuire, Sarah Slone (Robert) and Timothy McGuire (Samantha); and his siblings, Ronnie Ames, Arlene Gatzke (Benjamin), Roger McGuire (Herma) and Rick McGuire (Debbie). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Byer Cemetery.
