He is survived by: his children, Jon E. Napper (Margaret) and Lisa D. Spangler (Steve) of Jackson; his grandchildren, Derek Gregory Oliver, Brandon Michael Oliver and Stephanie; and his brothers, James Napper, Maurice Napper (Addie) and Ray Napper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
