Phillips of Wellston, Ohio, born in Clay, West Virginia, who passed away on August 4, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Jessie Clark Neal; her husband Dale Phillips; her daughter Sharon Wheatley; and her son-in-law Dave Wheatley. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Phillips (Diane), Karen Phillips and Michael Phillips; and her grandchildren, Kristin Willis (Will), Shane Long (Kelli), Bobbi Jo Baker (Butch), Eric Long, Michael Phillips, David Wheatley (Brooke), Melissa, Melinda and Brian. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
