She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Raymond and Mary Esther White (Kennard); her husband Vernon Napier; her son Charles Timothy Napier; and her brother Owen White (Dee).
She is survived by: her siblings, Joe White (Constance) of Wilkesville, Ohio, Margie McVey (Jack) of New Plymouth and Betty Jenkins (Phil) of Wellston; her half-sister Kaye Kurtenbach of Mitchell; her granddaughter Elizabeth Moler (Curtis); her stepgranddaughter Franchon Francees; her great grandchild Sadie Moler; her nieces, Kristy Walter (Fred), Mary Beth Mace (Roger), Jenny Sizemore, Nikki Richardson (Dave), Jodi Holtz (Greg) and Cindy White; and her nephew Kyle White (Katie).
Guests are required to follow current pandemic guidelines, wear masks, and practice social distancing at both the church and the funeral home.
