She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Settles and Gloria E. Willis Settles. She is survived by: her husband Tolby D. Markham; her sons, Tolby Neal Markham of Wellston and Eric Lane Markham of Wellston; her brothers, Dan Settles (Cindy) of Austin and Lowell Wayne Settles (Brenda) of Tampa, Florida; and her stepmother Betty Settles of Circleville. She is also survived by 1 uncle and several in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions be given to the funeral home to help with expenses.
