She is survived by: her children, James Kenneth Hollingshead (Judy) of Wellston, Richard Dale Hollingshead, Jr. (Nancy) of Wellston, Paul Dennis Hollingshead (Diane) of Canal Fulton, Christine Marie Fraley of Jackson, Janet Lee Kincaid (Rick) of Wellston and Mark Allen Hollingshead (Kim) of Chillicothe; and her grandson Pastor Jeremy. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
