She was predeceased by: her parents, John Francis Richmond and Ora Cecile Fleeman Richmond; her siblings, Leon Richmond, Barbara Richmond Altheide and Thelma Richmond Mattox; and her children, Charles Louis Taylor (Chuck), John Francis Taylor (Pat) and Tina Louise Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Taylor (Debbie) and Roy J. Taylor II (Joe) of Columbus, OH; and her sister Maxine Simpkins of Mason, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
