She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, A. G. Voelker and Leola L. Gibson Voelker; her daughter Valerie L. Bungart of Florida; her brother Rodney Voelker; her sister-in-law Sally Voelker of Virginia Beach; her husband Rodney M. Dye; her son Thomas Evan "Tommy" Dye; and her sister Mona J. Trumble. She was also cherished by 4 nieces, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
