She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Henry and Georgia M. Arthur Henry; her husband Joseph B. Lenegar; her children, Mike Lenegar, Vicki Lenegar Pelletier and Jeff Lenegar; and her brothers, William and Raymond.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Tammy Lenegar; her siblings, Rex Henry (Sue) of Wellston, Wayne, Buck, Ida Mundy (Dick) of Dayton and Connie Goheen (Max) of Mt. Vernon; her grandchildren, Jona Bates (Jeffery), Michael Pelletier (Melissa) and Ian Lenegar (Beth); her great grandchildren, Evan Lenegar (Gabby), Cameron Butt (Jamie), Connor Bates (Andrea), JT Pelletier and Lydia Lenegar; her great great grandchildren, Addison Lenegar and Weston Butt; and also, Lorn and Lori Little.
