He is survived by: his wife Debbie Shafer Lackey; his sons, Jordan Lackey (Sabrina Adkins) and Justin Lackey; his granddaughter Sophia Marie Lackey; his brother Jim; his sister-in-law Bev Lackey; his nieces, Lori Hamon and Mariah Shough; and his nephew Scott Lackey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Ridgewood Cemetery.
