He was predeceased by: his father Harold Harvey. He is survived by: his mother Luella Harvey McManaway (Seymour); his wife Jennifer; his children, Steven Castle (Alexandra) and Kierstyn Smathers (Jeff); and his siblings, David Harvey (Shana), Kimberly Baldwin (Cliff) and Melissa Baldwin (Scott). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the R. M Williams Funeral Service (120 W Broadway St, Wellston, OH 45692). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
