He is survived by: his parents, Roger Kelley Sr. and Barbra Parker; his daughters, Tiffany Kelley and Courtney Kelley; and his siblings, Roger Kelley, Christopher Sorrell, Tammy Kelley Mercer (Carl), Carrie Whitt (Doug) and Melvina Hunt (Paul). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
