It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melissa Lynn Norman of Wellston, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Darrell Radford Horne; her grandparents, Millard and Magaret Rhodes; and her mother-in-law Mary E. Norman. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Ann Rhodes Deck; her children, Olivia Norman and Andrew Joseph Norman; and her siblings, Leanna Grey (Brett), Ronnie Horne (Kathy) and Scott Allison Deck. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions be given to the funeral home to help with expenses.
