It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maxine Plummer of Wellston, Ohio, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt Stephenson and Jessie Tipton Stephenson; her spouse Einon H. Plummer; her brother Ivan Stephenson; her siblings-in-law, Grace Plummer Adkins, Alice Beatty and James A. Plummer; her nephews, Scott Beatty and Thomas Plummer; and her friend Ceil Geitz.
She is survived by: her sons, Einon H. Plummer II of Gahanna and Jeffrey T.; her daughter-in-law Cecilia Plummer (Geitz) of Wellston; her grandchildren, Grant and Cecilia Grace Plummer; her sister-in-law Barbara Stephenson of Wellston; her nieces and nephews, Kathy Taylor of Canfield, Alicia Beatty of Wellston, Roger Stephenson (Vickie) of Wellston, Jim Plummer (Kim) of Jackson, John Plummer of Jackson and Mark Beatty of Wellston; her great-nephew Josh Stephenson (Erin); and also, Mady and Braylon of Wellston. She is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family members, and beloved friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
