She is survived by: her parents, John William Schneider of Millfield and Corrinea Jean Parker Wagner of Wellston; her husband Alfred H. Cook of Wellston; and her children, Timothy Cook of Chillicothe, Laura Jeffries-Woffenden of Wellston and Nathan Cook of Wellston. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 4 brothers and several nieces and nephews.
