He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd E. McLain and Esther L. Nicholson McLain; his son Scott McLain; and his sisters, Barb Kennedy, Pat Wilt and Helen Rice.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda M. Napper McLain; his daughter Angela Israel; his grandchildren, Chantel Holsinger, J. C. Black and Corey McLain (April); his great grandchildren, Baisley Barstow, Rigden Holsinger and Hunner Black; and his sister Jean Mercer (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
