She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel D. Womeldorf and Edith C. Reed Womeldorf; her husband James W. Ousley; her brother Winston Womeldorf; and her brother-in-law Mel Saferstein.
She is survived by: her children, Rueben James Ousley, Lawrence Samuel Ousley (Holly) and Bobbie Lynn Ousley; her stepdaughters, Debbie Douglas and Roxane Stewart; her sister Brenda Saferstein; and her sister-in-law Sandra Womeldorf. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
