He was predeceased by: his father Ulysses Taft Davis; and his siblings, Dorothy Davis, Doris Davis, William Vincent "Bill" Davis, James Arthur Davis, Arnold Ray Davis and Hubert Wilson Davis.

He is survived by: his siblings, Clyde Taft Davis (Linda) of Gallipolis, Joyce Kay Armentrout of Wellston, Howard Johnson "John" Davis of Wellston and Mary Roxie Liming of Wellston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
