She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond John Holtz and Elsie Beatrice Straten Holtz; her husband Heber J. Lucas, Sr.; and her siblings, Danny Holtz, Carl Holtz and Beulah Morrow.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Joy Lucas of Saratoga Springs and Heber Jay Lucas, Jr. of Jeanette, Pennsylvania; her sister Carrie Powell (Norman) of McArthur; and her close friend Sudelle Young of Wellston.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in Kay's name be given to the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School Scholarship Fund; 227 South New York Avenue, Wellston, Ohio 45692.
