It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Ramsey of Wellston, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on June 7, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. "Singer" and Julia K. Ramsey (Bellomy); and his brother Charles Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Nora Lee; his daughters, Julia McLain and Melissa Ramsey; his grandchildren, Alyssa Josie Ferguson, Thomas Zinn, Christopher Zinn, Alexandra McLain and Kate McLain; and his brother-in-law John Helm (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
