He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Walker and Eileen A. Souders Walker. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Uber Walker; his sons, James William Walker, Jr. (Jennifer), Chad Walker (Loree) and Brian Walker; and his siblings, Peggy Heeter (Bob) and Richard Walker (Kelly). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 nieces, 1 great-niece, and 2 great-nephews.
