Norton Hollingshead; his son Michael Hollingshead (Dawn); his grandson Noah; his stepdaughter Kelly Newell (Clinton); his stepgrandchildren, Michaella and William; and his siblings, Richard Hollingshead, Jr. (Nancy), Paul Hollingshead (Diane), Mark Hollingshead (Kim), Chris Fraley and Janet Kincaid (Rick). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
