He is survived by: his mother Barbara Jean Browning (Arthur); his wife Christina S. White (Hughes); his father Ronald Browning; his children, Jack Elkins Jr. (Monica Harris), Jefferson D. White III, John David White, Summer Ghee (Shannon), Angelina Elkins (Cody Hearlihy) and Rocxzan Elkins (Korbin Massie); and his siblings, Richard Rife, Michael White, Joe White, Ronnie Browning Jr., Tina Ison, Rhonda Browning, Verna Sword and Juanita Sturgill. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 recommendations from the Ohio Department of Health and the Jackson County Health Department, the wearing of masks and proper social distancing is highly encouraged.
