She was predeceased by: her husband Don; her mother Robin Scharfenberger; her stepfather Ray Scharfenberger; her granddaughter Rebecca Jeanann; her sister Margie; her brother-in-law Kermit McCumber; and her nephew Skippy McCumber.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Burroughs (David Essman) of Clayton and Dawn Robson (Rick) of Englewood, Florida; her granddaughter Nicole Robson of Englewood, Florida; her great grandchildren, Adison, Paisley of Clayton and Jasmine Rose of Englewood, Florida; her sisters, Billie Lynn Starkey of Sarasota and Jere Deck (Kevin) of Jackson, Ohio.; and her nieces and nephews, Kim McGowen, Tammy Sanchez and Todd Starkey.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in Jeanne's name be given to one of the following: Wellston Public Library, 135 East Second Street, Wellston, Ohio 45692 or Transition Life Care Center, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, North Carolina 27607.
