She was predeceased by: her father Clifton Leo Cardwell, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Gary Lee Sprague; and her children, Harley Rice Buffington, Jr. (Jennifer), Janet Elaine Stanley (Kenny) and Stephen Michael Buffington. She is also survived by 4 sisters, 3 brothers, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
