He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Leroy West and Helen Irene Bartlett West; and his siblings, Betty West, Bill West, David West and Larry DeWitt.
He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Ferryman of Springfield and Peggy Stratton of Bradenton, Florida; his sisters-in-law, Linda West of Dayton and Nellie West Tourney of Springfield; and his cousins, Linda Rinehart of Wellston and Barbara Hale of Wellston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
