Frisby of Wellston, Ohio, born in Coalton, Ohio, who passed away on May 4, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Frisby and Roxie Meachem Frisby; his wife Peggy Jean Duhl Frisby; his son Rex Frisby; and his siblings, Olive Steel, Ruth Shook, Verna Potts, Raymond, Owen, Mac and Harold Frisby.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Frisby of Wellston and Roxie Lamar (Daniel) of Saipan; his grandchildren, Valerie Sexton (Joshua), Steven Frisby and Soliel Lamar; his great grandchildren, Raine Sexton, Kalob Frisby, Shine Sexton and Emmitt Frisby; and his brother Lew Frisby. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
