He is survived by: his wife Janet Crabtree (Sickles); his children, Michael Crabtree, Brian Crabtree, Scott Crabtree and Teresa Crabtree; his grandchildren, Nicole, Brittany, Audra, Dakota, Garrett, Sheydean, Lacey and Andrew; and his siblings, Roger Crabtree (Ivy), Bobby Crabtree (Tracy), Gary Crabtree and Rita Enders (Bob). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
