He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Arthur of Wellston; his children, April Hollingshead (Eric) of Wellston, Angie Evans (Jason) of Jackson and Adam Arthur (Sarah) of Wellston; his grandchildren, Hannah Hollingshead, Sydney Hollingshead, Taylor Evans, Liam Arthur and Jase Arthur; and his siblings, Sherry Gray, Richie Arthur, Kristy Patrick, David Arthur, Roger Arthur and Ginger Ousely. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
