He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Willard Henry and Florence Deal Henry; his wife Harriette R. Henry; and his brothers, Charles W. "Bud" Henry, Jr., Fred Henry, Richard Henry, Brice Edward "Ed" Henry, Donald F. Henry and Albert Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Harlan Herbert Henry, Jr. of Wellston and Laura Barker (James) of Wellston; his grandchildren, Derek A. Henry, Samantha Brown (Josh), Alyssa M. Hall (Jared Figgins) and Steven M. Henry; his great grandchildren, Riley M. Henry, Abigail Brown, Kenzie Henry and Emma Brown; his siblings, John L. Henry (Marsha) and Dorothy F. "Dottie" Hall; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Henry and Della Henry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
