He was predeceased by: his brother Willie Ray Combs; and his grandson Robert Nesser, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Martha Willis; his daughters, Tabatha Nelson (Kevin) of Jackson and Crystal Combs of Middletown; his stepchildren, Shanon Walton (Kim) of Wellston and Miranda Healey (J. P.) of Proctorville; his siblings, Eunice Stewart of North Carolina, Ann Combs (Tommy) of Hawaii, Hubert Combs, Jr. (Brenda) of South Lebanon, Carol Hale (Jim) of Blanchester and Charles Combs of Morrow; and his close friends, Corky, Gayle Meadows, Willis McCarty and Randy Jones. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
