He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Fulk and Hazel Fulk (Vail); his former wife Betty L. Fulk; and his siblings, Paul, Leonard, Clyde, Homer, Charles, Zelda and Ruth.

He is survived by: his wife Clara; and his sons, Joseph Fulk (Tina) of Newark and Gerald Fulk (Sherry) of Newark. He is also survived by three stepchildren; six grandchildren; nine step grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and several step great grandchildren.
