He was predeceased by: his parent Henry Ferguson; his wife Margaret Ferguson; his significant other Kathrine King; and his sisters, Pat Craig and Judy Lewis.
He is survived by: his parent Lois Blanche Morris Ferguson; his children, Luanne Ferguson of Dublin and Steve King (Roberta) of Wellston; his brother Clifford "Bill" Ferguson of Gastonia; his grandchildren, Ruth Ann Thompson, Margo Elliott, Russell Elliott, Dakota Ferguson, Jeremy King, Taylor King, Tori King, Justin King, Breanna Bales, Danielle Smith and Leah Smith; and his nephew Dick Duncan of Myrtle Beach. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
