She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Rutter and Beatrice Mae Griffin Rutter; her husband Delbert E. "Gene" Perry; her children, Jeanie Wilson and Jimmy Perry; her grandsons, Terry Joe Nicholson and Thomas Perry; her siblings, Robert Rutter, Wilma Rutter, Dean Rutter and Wanda Ball; and her grandparents, Nealie and Amanda Hook.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Skeens, Terry Nicholson, Kathy Radcliff and Norma Canter. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nephews.
