He is survived by: his siblings, Naomi Branscomb Armstrong of New Matamoras, James Branscomb (Patricia) of Peebles and Barbara Branscomb Hale of Wellston; his grandchildren, James Mercer (Charlotte) and Nichole Riley (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, Addison, Jacob and Gordon; and his nieces and nephews, Pamela Morrow (Ronnie), Mark Venham (Patricia), Dawn Venham, Rob Armstrong (Cindy), Gary Armstrong (Bev), Debbie Hensel (Sam), Diane Clift, Erica Cirillo (John), Angela Branscomb, James Branscomb, Jr. (Janet), Soncelcia Mankin (Derrick), Rebecca Hale and Heather Hale. He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
