He was predeceased by: his father Carl E. Broughton. He is survived by: his mother Gladys V. Broughton (Brown) of Wellston; his wife Tara L. (Smith) of Chillicothe; his children, Steven L. Broughton (Robin) of Rockbridge and Tabitha S. Broughton; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Matthew, Steven, Renasha, Brianna, Bella and Gypsy.
