He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Stevens and Mary Stevens (Hatton); his wife Joan Stevens; and his siblings, Carolyn, Curtis, Bill and Floyd.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nola Brown of Reynoldsburg, Tammy Stevens of Chillicothe and Phoebe Stevens of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Ashley Hamilton of Reynoldsburg, Zachery Doles of Portsmouth and Anthony Stevens of South Bloomfield; his great grandchildren, Easton, Evan, Bentley, Dominic, Sawyer, Noah and Elizabeth; his sister Lucy Oakes of Londonderry; and his close friend John Wallace of Wellston.
