Phillips (Wellston, Ohio), born in Beaver, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 12, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Ella Lesher of Wellston and Christina Phillips of Wellston; her grandchildren, Zach, Colt, Kamen, Jayla and Shaylee; her great grandchildren, Adalynn and Sawyer; and her siblings, Ruby Butler, Lucille Wayne, Richard Reed, Charles Reed and Clark Reed. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
