She is survived by: her spouse Terry Dale Woltz of Allensville; her children, Tara Renee Woltz of Canal Winchester, Erin Elizabeth Lambert (William) of Allensville and Clayton Dale Woltz (Hubab Hood) of Siem Reap; her grandchildren, Caleb Sowers (Betty), Isabelle Lambert, Elizabeth Lambert and Eli Lambert; her great grandchildren, Aubree Sowers and Gabriel Sowers; and her siblings, Sue Kinzelman, Carmel Hayes, Chris Hayes, Mark Hayes, Melody Pope, Tammy Ernst and Crystal Abdon-Hayes. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
