She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Booth, Jr. and Shirley Ann Hall Booth; her husband Perry Johnson, Sr.; and her siblings, Beverly Tabor, David Booth and Andrew Booth.
She is survived by: her children, Perry Johnson, Jr. (Beckie) of Wellston and Sara Stevens (Adam) of Wellston; her stepdaughters, Lisa Lesperance (Dale) of Colorado and Rhonda Bridegam (Kevin) of California; her grandchildren, Ashtyn Johnson (Jarrod), Harper Stevens, Clayton Stevens, Amanda Muir (Greg), Travis Lesperance (Haven), Alexis Tinsley and Haylee Polinsky; and her sister Sandra Ford (Rick) of Michigan. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at the Salem Cemetery.
