He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Williams and Ruth Coyle Williams; his son Robert "Chris" Williams; his siblings, Joe, Larry, Bill Williams and Delores "Sis" Manring; his sister-in-law Leah Williams; his nieces, Allie Williams and Missy Williams; and his son-in-law Robert "Rob" Norman.
He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Stiffler Williams; his daughters, Tami Norman and Angie Williams; his grandchildren, Ashley Remy (Jeff) and Derek "DJ" Norman (Renea Leach); his great grandchildren, Sophia Remy and Greyson Norman; his pets, Toby and Lucy; his siblings, Carl Williams (Brenda) and Sharon Hutchison (Joe); and his siblings-in-law, Ann Williams, Dorothy Williams and Milford Manring. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, and for those who wish, the family would appreciate contributions be given to the funeral home to help with expenses.
