He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence L. "Jack" Partlow; his wife Mary Lou Partlow; and his sister Mary Jane Walburn. He is survived by: his children, Susan Boggs (Randy) of Springfield and Stephen J. Partlow of Wellston.
