She was predeceased by: her parents, Boggs Hayes and Alta Eversole Hayes; her husband Donald B. Osborne, Sr.; and her siblings, Ruth Farrow, Pete Hayes, Boggs Hayes, Jr. and Edward Hayes.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald B. Osborne, Jr. (Heather Dawn) of Chillicothe and Dennis W. Osborne (Cynthia Dawn) of Wellston; and her siblings, Freda Mae Hicks (Don) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Bill Hayes of North Carolina. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
