She is survived by: her children, Bryan Simmons of Wellston and Kimberly Simmons Jenkins (Ryan) of Pickerington, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Jordyn Simmons, Zachary Jenkins, Andrew Jenkins and Kylie Simmons. She is also survived by niece, nephew, and cousins.
