He is survived by: his significant other Rita; his children, Little Ray and Alfreda Lynn Kisor (Joe) of McArthur; his siblings, Karen Goheen (Roger) of Wellston, Dallas Rife (Donna) of Wellston, Ed Rife (Anna) of Wellston, Joe Rife (Jane) of Wellston and Jimmy Dean Rife (Karen) of Oak Hill; and his close friend Christine Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
