He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Sr. Stacey and Racine Stacey (Ferell); his wife Ruth Ann Stacey (Fields); and his brother Bobby Stacey. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Williams (Gregory Scott), Woodrow III Stacey (Sherry), Amy Longwell (Issac) and Drema Marcum; and his sisters, Sarah Elizabeth Michaels and Ruby Morris. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bauer Funeral Home (2089 Columbia Rd, Valley City, OH 44280).
