He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Watters and H. Robert Watters; and his siblings, Shirley A. Watters and Robert E. Watters. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Sparks); his children, Connie Haswell of Wellington, Carrie Miranda (Tony) of Surprise and William Watters Jr. (Valerie) of Wellington; his grandchildren, Alexis, Allison, Anthony, Autumne, Emily, Hannah, Isabella, Jami, Nicole and Summer; and his sisters, Sue Clark of Oxford, Kay Edwards of Cambridge and Bonnie Jordan of Sullivan. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
