It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan P. Forgacs of Wellington, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Fetchik and Susan Fetchik; and her brother Andrew Fetchik, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her sons, Daniel (Stephanie), Eric (Anita) and Samuel (Stephanie); and her brother Phillip Fetchik.
